Elevate the Kitting Department’s success as a Supervisor in our distribution center. Oversee packaging processes, manage inventory, and enhance employee development and safety. In this vital role, you will supervise up to 20 employees while ensuring that internal and external customer needs are met. Focus on training, operational excellence, and cross-department collaboration to achieve on-time deliveries and high quality outcomes. Your participation in safety oversight and planning will further guarantee a successful workspace. Key Responsibilities: • Lead kitting operations and manage a team of kitting personnel • Monitor production schedules for timely delivery of complete kits • Provide input on supply challenges affecting kitting operations • Train staff to execute procedures safely and effectively • Organize and participate in inventory count validations Requirements: • Proven experience in production and inventory management • Leadership skills in managing team dynamics and performance • Ability to foster a protected and compliant work setting • Experience with daily operational reporting and planning • Solid communication skills to liaise with other teams Drive effectiveness and safety standards while leading the Kitting Department in our distribution center.
