Sr R&D Hardware Project Manager (Canada)

Join us in shaping the future of communication technology. - Create and execute project schedules for hardware development, ensuring alignment with requirements, design, and verification. - Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and manage risks related to project timelines and deliverables. - Track and report on development milestones and weekly project progress to stakeholders. - Identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively. - Coordinate prototype hardware builds, including managing Purchase Orders with suppliers. - Foster collaboration and a positive working environment among team members and stakeholders. - Conduct project performance analysis to ensure goals are met within time and budget constraints. - Lead post-mortem reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.
