Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead and execute the company's creative content strategy across social media, website content, and digital campaigns Plan, shoot, edit, and organize high-quality lifestyle-focused photo and video content showcasing neighbourhoods and communities Collaborate with web designers, marketers, influencers, and other creatives to help grow the company's online presence and drive traffic Manage and grow social media channels through engaging content, campaigns, contests, giveaways, and local community-focused initiatives Requirements and Skills Strong experience in content creation, videography, photography, social media management, or creative marketing Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, audience engagement, and modern social media trends Skilled with qualified camera equipment, editing software, and content production workflows — drone experience is an asset Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating within a creative team environment We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who thinks beyond simply posting content .
