In this impactful Mechanical Engineer position, you will play a vital role in design and planning for shipbuilding processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide support to junior engineers while identifying ways to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Develop jigs and fixtures for River-Class Destroyers • Review and approve critical vendor furnished information • Ensure production drawings meet accuracy and constructability standards • Mentor junior engineers and oversee their work outputs • Foster continuous improvement within the engineering discipline Requirements: • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience • Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation mandatory • At least 4 years of experience in shipbuilding • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications • Sound knowledge of maritime regulations and standards Bring your passion for shipbuilding and problem-solving to make an impact in our Shipyard team.
