They specialize in delivering quality, efficient, and reliable services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key Qualifications & Attributes Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Ontario. Minimum 3 years of structural engineering experience in Ontario. Solid technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Positive, cooperative, and client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Valid drivers license with ability to travel to project sites. Responsibilities Manage structural engineering projects from proposal through completion. Prepare and manage project proposals, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with clients and internal team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Conduct structural assessments, inspections, and site reviews complete with detailed technical reports. Review engineering drawings, design briefs, and reports. Develop structural designs for mainly residential and commercial projects (support on industrial projects may also be required). Mentor and support junior staff. Attend client meetings both in office and virtually. Assist with business development and client relationship management.
