We are a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in internet marketing for service-based businesses, charities, and not-for-profits. Our clients across Canada and the United States rely on us as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs. This role is the creative engine behind multiple client brands. You will design, write, and produce content across social media, email, digital ads, and print. You will also join client meetings, pitch ideas, and shape how our clients show up online. Who You Are You have good taste and you trust it. When you make a design choice, you can explain why. When the direction changes, you find a way to make the work better within the new constraints. You move fast without being sloppy, you bring ideas before anyone asks, and you can write the copy that goes with your visuals. This is a fully remote position open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents living anywhere in Canada. What You’ll Do Create Graphical Content Across Every Channel Social media graphics, promotional banners, newsletter layouts, digital ad creative, email campaigns, and occasional print collateral. You will work across multiple client accounts, primarily in HVAC, home services and B2B, adapting your style to each brand. Write the Words That Go with the Visuals Short-form copy for social posts, newsletters, ad headlines, and calls to action. You will work alongside our senior copywriters, who handles long-form and strategic conten that lives inside the content you produce. Edit Photos and Create Short Videos Crop, retouch, and enhance images. Cut 15-30 second videos for social: before/after clips, simple motion graphics, and promotional reels. Join Client Meetings and Contribute When creative input is needed, you are in the meeting. You can present a design direction, explain why it works, and respond to feedback while keeping the work on track. Build and Maintain Brand Systems Set up and maintain Canva brand kits for each client. Organize templates, logo files, image libraries, and style documentation so the team can find what they need without asking. Use AI as a Creative Tool We use Claude, Adobe Firefly, Google Nano Banana, Canva AI, and other tools every day. You will use AI to move faster, explore ideas, and handle repetitive production work. You will also know when AI output needs a human hand. What You Bring Required - 3+ years of professional design experience in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment - Strong portfolio showing range: social media, email, ads, print, and brand work across different industries - Proficiency in Canva (your daily driver) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Comfort with AI design tools and a clear perspective on when to use them and when not to - Short-form copywriting ability (social captions, ad copy, newsletter content) - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva video, or similar) - Photo editing and retouching skills - Experience managing multiple client brands simultaneously - Robust written communication and attention to detail Valuable but Not Required - Experience in home services, trades, or HVAC marketing - Figma proficiency - Photography or videography skills - Animation or motion graphics capability - Experience with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, or similar) What We Offer Compensation and Growth - Competitive annual salary (based on experience) - Professional development budget for courses and certifications - IT and equipment budget for your home office - Health and wellness benefits after probation period - Full-time position with a 3-month probation period Tools and Environment - Full Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, and AI tools (Claude, Firefly, Google Workspace and more) - If you find a tool that makes you better at your job, we will get it for you - Fully remote, working 9-5 Eastern Time - Daily morning team check-ins and regular virtual collaboration - Annual full-team retreat - No expectation of after-hours work The Work - You will work directly with our Project Managers, copywriter, and leadership team - Real variety across home services, biotech, retail, charities, and associations - A company that takes creative work seriously and invests in doing it well How We Hire - Apply below with your resume, cover letter, and a link to your portfolio. - If shortlisted, we will schedule a video interview.
