This position requires a proactive approach to daily inspections, emergency response, and timely maintenance services to meet the needs of multiple locations. You'll also engage in the Preventative Maintenance program while using CMMS for maintenance processing.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform routine handyman tasks including HVAC and plumbing repairs • Conduct daily walkthroughs and address deficiencies • Maintain equipment logs and respond to emergencies • Ensure building equipment is certified and in good order • Participate in scheduled maintenance and inspections

Requirements:• 4th Class Power Engineer Certification with 5 years' experience • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract • Ability to pass drug tests and background checks • Strong communication and time-management skills • Experience with Biomass Boiler Systems is a plus
