Join our team as a Music Lessons Associate, focusing on scheduling and supporting students’ needs. This role involves managing inquiries and payment processing efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in instrumental music and exhibit solid customer service skills. Work closely with the Lessons Coordinator to assist with updating student records and preparing for recitals. Flexibility is key, as you will work across various hours, including weekends and evenings. Key Responsibilities: • Register students and manage lesson schedules • Handle phone inquiries and relay crucial messages • Receive payments and assist with overdue collections • Help update student records with the coordinator • Aid in the organization of musical recitals Requirements: • At least one year of instrumental music studies • Basic knowledge of musical instruments • Must work weekdays, nights, and weekends • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Proficient in software and basic office tasks Leverage your music expertise and customer service skills to support our vibrant lessons program.
