Senior Process Development Engineer at Bloom Energy, Yellowknife

Contribute to innovative fuel cell technology with Bloom Energy as a Senior Process Development Engineer in San Jose, CA. Focus on developing new processes for high-volume manufacturing alongside cross-functional teams.

This fully on-site role reports to the Director of Development Engineering and involves significant collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. You will leverage your expertise to improve stack performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Strong communication skills and experience in process development are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Design new process methods for fuel cell stacks • Perform process mapping and optimization through DOEs • Conduct failure analysis and materials characterization • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop production equipment • Create PFMEAs and process transfer documentation

Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field • 6-10 years in Process and/or Product Development • Proficiency in DOE and statistical analysis • Strong communication and ownership skills • Experience with high volume manufacturing transfer
