Collins Painting is looking for experienced Painters to join our growing team in Windsor and Essex County. We specialize in residential painting - interior, exterior, cabinets, and spray finishing. If you take pride in clean cut-ins, smooth finishes, and showing up on time, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: - Prepare surfaces: patch, sand, caulk, and prime - Apply paint, stain, and explicit coats using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment - Paint interiors (walls, ceilings, trim) and exteriors (siding, stucco, fascia) - Cabinet painting and refinishing (spray application) - Mask, cover, and protect all surfaces before work begins - Clean up thoroughly at the end of each job - Work independently or with a small crew on residential sites What We're Looking For: - 2+ years of painting experience (residential preferred) - Comfortable with spray equipment (airless and HVLP) - Reliable transportation to job sites across Windsor/Essex County - Attention to detail - clean lines, no drips, no missed spots - Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding - Physically fit - painting is hands-on work What We Offer: - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - Steady work year-round - On-site parking at job locations - Versatile schedule - Dental care advantages - Paid time off - Casual work setting About Collins Painting: We are a local residential painting company serving Windsor and Essex County.
