Lead cutting-edge pursuits with Stantec's Buildings team, enhancing design excellence globally. This role focuses on strategy, planning, and execution of complex proposals while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. As a Pursuit Manager, you'll drive business development efforts, focusing on high-profile opportunities within the A/E/C industry. Collaborate with growth leaders and project managers to create unique value propositions and win strategies informed by market insights. You'll also facilitate all phases of the pursuit process, ensuring compliance with brand standards and enhancing the proposal quality across teams.
