Job Description Role: Graphic Designer– Marketing Team. This is a temporary, in‑office role supported by funding from the Canada Summer Jobs 2026 program. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Campaign Manager and will create visual assets for digital and print materials, supporting ECO Canada’s events for internaland external marketing campaigns.

Eligibility

Between 15 and 30 years old at the start of the job.

Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status in Canada.

Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) and legal ability to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Create visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web banners, email campaigns, and event collateral.

Support brand consistency by following established brand guidelines and ensuring cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Collaborate with project managers, digital marketing team, and events teams to develop design concepts and support campaign objectives.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions by providing creative ideas and visual solutions.

Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of final assets.

Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Qualifications&Education

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Basic motion/animation skills.

Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Ability to create digital assets for web and social platforms.

Familiarity with preparing files for print and production.

Design optimization for different devices and formats.

Communication Skills

Ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Team‑oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills to propose new ideas, and to seek feedback, receiving and applying it.
