Full-Time General Labourer in Lethbridge

Join Timber-Tech as a full-time General Labourer in Lethbridge, where you'll engage in essential tasks on the assembly line for truss production. Your role includes ensuring quality manufacturing and maintaining a safe work environment.

This position supports various responsibilities in production and quality control. As a skilled Labourer, you will work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, starting with a competitive wage of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience. Participate actively in quality checks, safety programs, and assembly processes that uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Build trusses while adhering to quality expectations • Report unsafe conditions and maintain a clean work area • Interpret shop drawings for truss dimensions • Jig trusses and secure materials during assembly • Assist in pressing connector plates and marking trusses

Requirements:• Experience in general labor or manufacturing roles • Knowledge of health and safety regulations • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality • Willing to engage in various tasks as assigned
