Call Centre Agent (Canada)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Agent to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting sales initiatives. Duties - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy - Assist customers by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction - Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details - Engage in upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets - Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions - Support team efforts by sharing insights and feedback to improve service quality - Multilingual communication with clients in English and Spanish to serve diverse customer bases effectively Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred - Solid data entry skills with attention to detail - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Demonstrated upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively Job Type: Permanent Pay: $17.75-$29.54 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pjjsv
