We are seeking a Full-Time Production Operator to support our drysuit repair and assembly operations. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and reliability of our products. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. Training will be provided although experience in garment manufacturing or servicing would be an asset. This full time, permanent position is a day shift, Monday to Friday, and available immediately. We look forward to hearing from you! Key Responsibilities Remove damaged or worn components from drysuits and replace them with recent parts to ensure product integrity. Safely use solvents and adhesives for cleaning and reinstallation of components such as zippers, seals and boots. Operate and learn to use specialized equipment, including: Single Needle Sewing Machine 3-Thread Serger Heat Press Sander Hot Air Machine Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production. Assist with inventory counts and other production-related tasks as needed. General Requirements: Fluent in English, spoken and written. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision. Strong attention to details, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting to 15 lbs.
