Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Valuable communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
