Line Cook Winnipeg (Canada)

The Park West Inn's Kitchen Team is looking for a skilled Line Cook who would be an ideal fit for the team. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment, as well as enjoy learning current things. Come and join us! Shifts will be full/part-time. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. Comply with nutrition and allergen regulations. Experience Requirements: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, restaurant cook or prep cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiarity with industry best practices.
