Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks effectively Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and quality standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices Experience with food handling, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced setting Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly valued for this role This position provides an excellent chance for individuals passionate about culinary arts to grow their skills within a agile team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
