Summer Production Associate at North Star, Saint Thomas

Gain valuable manufacturing experience this summer at North Star Windows&Doors as a Production Associate. We are looking for students ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment and support production goals.

This full-time, contract position runs from May to August, ideal for students currently enrolled in college or university programs. You will work on assembling products, operating tools, and ensuring quality standards are met. The hands-on experience in our production team helps develop skills in a supportive environment while emphasizing safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors • Review work orders and prepare materials for production • Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery • Inspect finished products and report defects • Follow safety policies and wear required PPE

Requirements:• Currently enrolled in a college or university program • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn • Comfortable in a physically active environment • Previous experience in labour, construction, or manufacturing • Ability to lift products weighing 30–50 lbs
