Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with NAPEG 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil and/or transportation engineering within a consulting environment Demonstrated project management and leadership skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Self‑motivated and team‑oriented team player Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Canada Comfortable working in remote and northern environments Proven ability to manage clients and build long‑term relationships AE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, members of visible minorities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community to apply.
