Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a secure work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a energetic team. Prior experience is not required but is a plus; training will be provided to ensure you are equipped for the responsibilities of the role. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment Support construction, maintenance, or manufacturing activities as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately Help with inventory management and stock replenishment Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Prior experience in general labour or construction is advantageous but not mandatory Must be at least 18 years old or older This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on work experience in a supportive environment.
