Civil/structural Engineer Castlegar (Canada)

Civil / Structural Engineer F3 Engineering is looking for a Civil / Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers in a small, agile company where your technical input and initiative will have a direct impact on projects. We work on challenging hydropower and industrial projects, helping clients solve practical engineering problems with efficient solutions. Responsibilities Perform civil and structural engineering analysis and design Prepare engineering calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications Participate in site inspections, condition assessments, and field reviews Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants Support project delivery from concept through construction Assist with troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, client coordination, and project execution Prepare engineering estimates, scopes of work, and proposals Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with EGBC 4+ years of relevant engineering experience preferred Experience in industrial, hydropower, infrastructure, or heavy civil projects is considered an asset Experience with project management, budgeting, and estimating Strong technical report writing and documentation skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace Why Join F3 Engineering?
