Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as a cashier Manage time effectively to ensure prompt and productive service to guests Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally Create a hospitable and welcoming environment for guests Handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area Ensuring food and beverage quality is to the highest standard Must be available to work weekends Energetic and personable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure productive service Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill calculations Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members Note: This is not intended to be all-inclusive.
