Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting 3+ years Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with various cooking equipment and tools used in the food industry. A passion for serving quality meals and providing excellent customer service is essential.
