Compensation: 140,000 - 170,000+ plus comprehensive benefits

Kellow Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected industrial technology organization with a global customer base and decades of success supporting water purification, ion exchange, and industrial process applications.

We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Process Applications for a high‑impact leadership opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring a Chemical Engineering background, leadership experience, and hands‑on exposure to ion exchange technologies.

The mandate This role is responsible for leading the Process Applications function while serving as a key technical and leadership resource across the organization.

Leadership, coaching, and development of a highly capable technical team

Customer‑focused process solutions, proposals, RFQs, and RFPs

Technical oversight of ion exchange and water purification applications

Cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, service, and commercial teams

Driving responsiveness, prioritization, accountability, and continuous improvement

Technical challenge and impact

Lead technical solutions that are often bespoke to the customer, requiring strong judgment, problem solving, and practical engineering thinking

Stay close to the full lifecycle: customer samples, proposals, sizing, design, manufacturing, service, troubleshooting, and ongoing support

Collaborate across engineering, R and D, sales, manufacturing, welding, service, and leadership to solve real customer challenges

Bring structure, urgency, and fresh thinking to a team with strong technical depth and a proven product platform

What you bring

Chemical Engineering degree (must have)

Direct experience in Ion Exchange or Water Purification systems (must have)

Leadership experience within Process Engineering, Applications Engineering, Water Treatment, Water Purification, Ion Exchange, or related industrial process environments

Experience supporting proposals, RFQs, RFPs, or customer‑driven engineered solutions

Experience in R and D and related environments is an asset

Technical credibility combined with a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams, departments, and customers

A desire to contribute, grow, and make a meaningful impact within a stable, high‑performing organization
