Position Innovation & Transformation Program Manager Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada Overview The role is fully dedicated to delivering the Innovation & Transformation (I&T;) program for a client in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The manager will oversee governance, execution, and outcomes across all program workstreams, ensuring compliance and workforce stability. Program Leadership (I&T; Program – Dedicated) Full accountability for oversight of the I&T; program Lead all program workstreams and projects Define scope, timelines, and deliverables Maintain integrated delivery plans Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality Delivery Governance & Execution Establish governance and reporting structures Act as primary escalation point Drive risk and issue management Resource & Workforce Management Lead resource planning and forecasting Manage cross-functional teams (50+ resources) Ensure workforce readiness Own financial performance and forecasting Monitor performance standards and delivery performance Drive continuous improvement Stakeholder & Client Management Build executive relationships Act as trusted advisor Lead governance forums Compliance & Quality Assurance Lead compliance and quality assurance activities Requirements 10+ years in IT/skilled services delivery 5+ years in senior delivery leadership Experience managing large teams (50+) Strong financial and stakeholder management skills Public sector/healthcare experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
