As part of the Biologics Upstream team, youll lead technical projects, develop and execute batches, and mentor junior team members. This role is ideal for those with extensive experience in upstream protein development and a passion for driving project success. Your contributions will ensure safety, efficiency, and robustness in all processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional project planning and execution • Analyze experimental data and present findings • Develop and transfer SOPs into manufacturing • Conduct non-conformance investigations and support CAPAs • Mentor team members and manage vendor communications
Requirements: • PhD or MSc with 4 years experience, or Bachelor with 6 years • Expertise in upstream protein production development • Experience with bioreactors and high-throughput methods • Familiarity with Design of Experiments and Quality by Design • Proven leadership and adaptability in project management
