Patient Care&Coordination
Manage incoming referrals and create comprehensive patient electronic medical records Assist physicians with procedures Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communications via phone, email, and in person Triage patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy Prepare patients for appointments, including room set‑up and equipment preparationAdministrative Excellence
Process faxes, lab results, requisitions, and referrals through the EMR system Manage phone and email correspondence and EMR task queues Maintain and update clinic procedural manuals Support healthcare practitioners with schedule coordination and adjustments Clinic Development
Contribute to process improvement initiatives Assist with website updates and online presence management Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally Support clinic expansion projects and participate in team meetings Skills&Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma Completion of a formal MOA program Previous healthcare clinic experience Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) Strong computer skills with ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues Essential Skills
Great manual dexterity to assist a physician with certain procedural components Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities Professional communication skills with patients and colleagues Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environmentCommitment to patient privacy and confidentiality Valued Assets
EMR experience (Plexia and JaneApp highly valued) Familiarity with e‑fax, e‑forms and online scheduling systems Previous MOA experience in British Columbia medical practices What We Offer
