We have developed a ground‑breaking medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common heart rhythm disorder, atrial fibrillation – which can cause stroke, heart failure, and other heart‑related complications.We have built a unique solution, the Globe Pulsed Field System, and we are preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. As a member of the Systems team, you will gain hands‑on experience in the design and improvement of requirements and the continued development of highly complex medical devices in the rapidly changing field of electrophysiology. You will work within a multidisciplinary team that spans mechanical, electrical, and software domains, applying analytical skills and mechanical systems knowledge to facilitate effective medical device design control.Meaningful work you will be a part of
Developing and improving product, user, and business requirements. Understanding design controls for medical device product development and design transfer to manufacturing. Supporting clinical benchtop testing and jig development. Supporting change control processes for mechanical and electrical hardware.Collaborating with other engineering teams across the company, including Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development Engineering, and Mechanical Design and Test. Enthusiasm for the combined field of biology and engineering. A strong background in mechanical engineering fundamentals. Excellent writing and documentation skills. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to execute tasks independently.
