Become part of BCIT's creative faculty team in Electrical Engineering and Technology. Focus on delivering engaging lectures and lab sessions at the Burnaby campus. Currently, BCIT's School of Energy is hiring for four temporary full-time faculty positions. These instructors will teach in various programs, shaping students' understanding of electrical engineering. Responsibilities include developing course content, assessing student performance, and enhancing the educational atmosphere to support diverse learners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver impactful lectures and laboratory experiences Create and maintain high-quality course materials Assess student projects and provide constructive feedback Support the operations and culture of the department Engage with colleagues in career development Requirements: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a must Minimum of five years industry experience required Eligibility for Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) registration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in education or curriculum design is an asset Contribute to BCIT's mission by empowering future engineers through dynamic education.
