Duties - Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences. - Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling. - Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. - Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking clients in, and processing payments. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the salon. - Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products. Experience - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Experience in upselling services and retail products is a plus. - Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
