Calscapes is currently hiring experienced and motivated Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers to join our growing road maintenance and construction team. This role involves operating spray patching trucks and supporting various asphalt, roadway maintenance, and construction projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. What We Offer - Competitive wages based on experience - Overtime available - Consistent hours - Modern, well-maintained equipment - Supportive and qualified work environment - Opportunity for long-term employment - Local work — home most nights Responsibilities - Operate spray patching and construction vehicles safely - Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections - Assist with asphalt, roadway, and construction projects - Load and transport materials/equipment - Follow all Alberta transportation and safety regulations - Work efficiently with crews on-site - Maintain cleanliness and care of equipment Requirements - Valid Alberta Class 1 or Class 3 License - Clean Driver’s Abstract - Experience operating heavy trucks or construction equipment preferred - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work long hours during peak season - Safety tickets considered an asset: - CSO - First Aid - Ground Disturbance - WHMIS Preferred Experience - Spray patching operations - Asphalt or road construction - Tandem or tridem truck operation - Heavy equipment experience - Construction site experience Wage Competitive pay based on experience and licensing. Current Alberta market rates for Class 1 and Class 3 construction drivers are commonly between approximately $26–$42/hour depending on experience and equipment operation Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Application question(s): - Do you have a class 1 & 3 license?
