Join CPKC in Calgary, Alberta as a Locomotive Maintenance Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will utilize your analytical skills to enhance locomotive performance and reliability reporting. As a part of the Mechanical Performance Reporting team, you will produce and automate performance scorecards while analyzing critical metrics, such as reliability and service interruptions. Collaborate with shop leadership to identify issues and trends, assisting in the development of data-driven decision tools. Your work will support locomotive planning and productivity improvements. Key Responsibilities: Automate performance scorecards and dashboards weekly Analyze cycle times and maintenance performance Identify repeat issues and recommend corrective actions Support data management in SAP systems Lead discussions with locomotive shop leadership Requirements: Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Robust skills in Excel and Power BI Experience with performance analytics Effective communication skills Familiarity with SAP systems Drive locomotive maintenance excellence through data analytics at CPKC.
