Clinical Scalpology is a modern wellness concept in Calgary focused on scalp health, restorative rituals, and elevated client care. We are creating a unique treatment environment where therapeutic touch, scalp wellness, advanced technology, and refined service come together in a more thoughtful way. We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who is interested in expanding their skill set into scalp wellness and head spa-inspired treatments while working within their professional scope. This is not a traditional massage-only role. The right candidate will use their massage therapy skills and learn our Clinical Scalpology treatment approach, which includes hydro scalp rituals, scalp massage, relaxation-focused care, and supportive wellness services designed to help clients feel better overall. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, open-minded, and genuinely interested in how massage therapy can support scalp comfort, stress relief, circulation, and whole-body wellbeing. Responsibilities - Provide scalp wellness and head spa-inspired treatments within massage therapy scope - Perform scalp, neck, shoulder, and upper-body massage components as part of our treatment rituals - Use massage-based techniques to support relaxation, circulation, tension relief, and client comfort - Learn and deliver Clinical Scalpology treatment protocols and service flow - Educate clients on scalp wellness, stress reduction, and supportive aftercare recommendations - Maintain clear and qualified charting in accordance with standards - Uphold high standards of sanitation, professionalism, and treatment room presentation - Help create a calm, polished, and high-quality client experience - Collaborate with other practitioners in a multidisciplinary clinic environment - Stay open to continued learning and development within our scalp wellness model Qualifications - Registered Massage Therapist in good standing - Strong hands-on treatment skills and professional presence - Interest in scalp health, therapeutic touch, and wellness-focused care - Excellent communication skills and ability to connect naturally with clients - Comfortable learning a specialized treatment model - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable - Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment - Experience in wellness, clinic, spa, or rehabilitation settings is an asset What makes this role unique - Use your massage therapy skills in a more specialized scalp wellness setting - Receive training in Clinical Scalpology’s signature hydro ritual approach - Be part of a growing concept that blends massage, scalp care, and modern wellness - Work in a beautiful, brand-forward environment with room for growth - Help shape a new category of care in Calgary Important note This role is designed for a massage therapist who is open to integrating their therapeutic skill set into our Clinical Scalpology model.
