Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences. Conduct body waxing treatments with attention to hygiene and client comfort. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products. Maintain a clean, sanitized work station following health regulations and safety standards. Upsell retail products related to hair care, nail care, and skincare to enhance client satisfaction. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with clients. Educate clients on proper maintenance of their nails and hair between visits. Assist in managing appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician (especially for Nail Extension) or Hair Stylist in a professional salon or spa workplace. Knowledge of body waxing techniques and sanitation protocols. Solid communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients. Ability to perform nail care treatments with precision and creativity. Experience in retail sales or upselling beauty products is advantageous.
