You will ensure PM log books are up to date, perform inspections and repairs, and train fellow associates. Key Responsibilities: Verify and maintain PM log books accurately Inspect and repair various mechanical systems Provide training for Maintenance Associates as needed Communicate project statuses to the PM Coordinator Conduct regular building inspections for compliance Requirements: 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience Familiarity with Boardwalk applications is beneficial Possess robust organizational and communication skills Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Willingness to travel to various work sites Leverage your skills at Boardwalk and ensure a comfortable living setting for our residents.
