Join the Peter Lougheed Centre as a full-time Physician Assistant in OBGYN in Calgary. Collaborate with the team to support patients through diverse gynecologic care. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join their team at Foothills Medical Centre. As a PA, you will assist in c-sections, provide care for inpatients, and perform gynecologic consults. You will also be responsible for assessing patients with pregnancy complications and acute gynecologic conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Support the OB/GYN team Monday to Friday - Assist with c-sections and gynecologic surgeries - Perform gynecologic consults for inpatient and emergency patients - Create care plans for patients with complications - Communicate effectively with patients and families Requirements: - Recognized Physician Assistant Program completion - Active PA registration with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta - BCLS certification - Skills in women’s health and examinations - Solid communication and teamwork abilities Bring your expertise in gynecologic care and patient support to the Peter Lougheed Centre's OBGYN team.
