Construction Manager - Single and Multi Family (Calgary)

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and manage our single family and multifamily construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage single and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. - Oversee daily operations on-site, including coordinating subcontractors and construction crews. - Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. - Review and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications. - Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues. - Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders. - Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly. Requirements: - 4-5 years of experience supervising multifamily construction projects. - Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and teams effectively. - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. - Relevant certifications or training in construction management is advantageous. - Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
