The Opportunity Sundance College is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of a Career Services Assistant. This role is an on-campus position at our campus in Calgary, AB. Key Responsibilities As a key member of the Education and Career Services team, this entry level career services position responsibilities include: - Securing and coordinating practicum opportunities with employers on behalf of students - Supporting students regarding resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, dress etc. - Instructing students on career management and job search techniques - Working collegially in a team setting with campus staff - General administration and reporting - Coordination of select campus activities, trade shows and events - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience - Desire to achieve goals and objectives - Exceptional phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills - Good analytical & problem-solving skills - Above average teamwork &communication; - Reliable, punctual and organized - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel - Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment Benefits - Drug Plan - Dental Plan - Extended Health Benefits - Disability Insurance - Life Insurance - Flex and Bonus days Policies No Phone calls please.
