The Role We are seeking a polished and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager / Membership Advisor to help grow our membership community. This is not a traditional healthcare sales role. We care more about: - professionalism - confidence - networking ability - luxury client experience - social intelligence - relationship building - The ideal candidate already has an existing network or the ability to organically build one through events, community involvement, and personal branding. What You’ll Do - Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professionals - Introduce prospective members to the Primaris Health experience - Conduct private clinic tours and consultations - Attend networking events, luxury brand events, and community activations - Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships - Work closely with leadership to improve client experience and membership growth - Represent the Primaris brand with professionalism and confidence - Create referral opportunities through strategic partnerships and personal networkingIdeal Background We are open to candidates from luxury or relationship-based industries such as: - luxury automotive - real estate - hospitality - private banking - concierge services - premium fitness/wellness - high-end retail - member clubs - event management Healthcare experience is not required.
