Maintenance Technician Cambridge

Duties: Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in industrial settings Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning of machinery Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals Weld and fabricate metal components as needed Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to complete projects and tasks Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments Ability to work independently or as part of a team Fluent in English, both written and verbal Advantages: Market-competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Health insurance coverage Retirement savings plan with employer match Paid time off and holidays To apply for this position, please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience to be considered for an interview.
