Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development. Provide individualized support to children and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with patience and understanding. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation. Collaborate with team members, caregivers, and families to support each child's or individual's progress. Monitor and document developmental milestones, behavioral changes, and progress reports. Assist with daily caregiving routines such as feeding, hygiene, and mobility assistance as needed. Maintain a clean, organized classroom or activity space that adheres to safety standards. Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and special needs support through ongoing qualified development. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Background in teaching or early childhood education is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to care for children in a nurturing and responsible manner. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and other stakeholders. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to fostering positive developmental outcomes for all learners.
