Sales - Trainee Account Manager, Plantagenet

The successful candidates will receive a minimum 6-month training program that includes specific milestones to be achieved. Salary increases are fixed based on the achievement of objectives. Candidate will be paired with a Mentor for a minimum 6-month period. Candidate will be required to perform hands on work to learn and fully appreciate the services provided,Source and nurture new business, both directly with end-clients, as well as through partner channels/relationships, learning when to leverage partners and when to take the lead. Interact with new and existing clientele, including Sr. management, to cultivate opportunities in the Mobility Management space.Sell solutions into multiple industries (retail, logistics, healthcare, field services, etc.). In person meetings and relationship building (in the field), travel is required. Use a variety of Ai tools to improve efficiency and expand opportunities. Must have: You thrive in a face-to-face environment, and want to build relationships, not just chase transactions (you can see yourself confidently walking into a senior decision-maker’s office).Curiosity and an appetite for ongoing learning&discovery, including IT and emerging technology. Willing to travel within Canada. Travel is limited, but it is a requirement.
