Certified Dental Assistant

on a full‑time basis.

The ideal CDA values playing a part for the team, equipping the dentist by providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment for patient arrival. We prioritize making our patients feel comfortable and cared for.

We are located in the beautiful historical Port Hope area overlooking the Ganaraska River and home to the well‑renowned Capitol Theatre.

Schedule

30 hours or more per week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

No weekends

What we are looking for

Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level 1 or 2 (preferably 2)

Registered with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association

Previous experience required

Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered a big asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Customer service mindset
