What will you do? Apply business development experience for prospecting and lead generation with new and existing clients. Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement reviews, trend identification, risk monitoring, and credit restructuring assessments. Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice. Leverage RBC expertise by identifying referral opportunities and making introductions to RBC partners. Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy. Champion digital enablement by advocating the RBC mobile application and wallet, promoting regular usage through education and guidance. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have Minimum 3‑5 years of commercial banking experience (agriculture experience preferred). Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management. Credit skills, including risk assessment, financial analysis, credit structuring, and deal presentation. Specialized industry expertise from a past role (e.g., real estate, healthcare, agriculture). Experience with emerging communications and technology (web‑based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications). Nice‑to‑have Strong communication and presentation skills. Deep product and service knowledge specific to industry specialization. New client acquisition skills (pitching value proposition, lead generation, initial contact, cold calling, referral solicitation).
