Receptionist / Telephone full time (Dollard-Des Ormeaux)

This is a full-time, permanent daytime position. Schedule Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This schedule is fixed and cannot be changed. Availability during these hours is an essential requirement for the position. Position Responsibilities - Direct incoming calls for the Sales, Parts, and Service Departments while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. - Welcome customers to the showroom. - Process payments during customer transactions. - Monitor and manage vehicle inventory records. - Perform various administrative and office tasks. - File and organize documents. Requirements - Bilingual in French and English (ESSENTIAL). - Robust interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Previous customer service experience (receptionist experience is an asset). - Automotive industry experience (a major asset). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
