Inventory Controller (Edmonton)

Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking an Inventory Controller to join our Edmonton team. The Inventory Controller is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the productive movement of product in and out of the Distribution Centre according to customer orders and shipment paperwork. Wage Starting at $18, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities - Perform inventory audits and cycle counts - Order allocation assignment - Shipping/picking product - Receiving inbound shipments - Count and inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness - Maintain work orders - Clean and maintain warehouse areas - Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving discrepancies Qualifications - High school diploma or GED - Must have minimum 1+ year experience performing inventory audits and counts - Must have an up-to-date resume with recent related experience - Must be able to work evenings and weekends - Forklift licence considered an asset - Experience with shipping in a warehouse environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work at heights Action Car and Truck Accessories may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to assist with administrative or screening aspects of recruitment.
