Job Summary The

Sports Instructor

is a hands‑on role that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The instructor is directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and cultivating a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.

Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.

Communicate game‑day information to players and parents using established platforms.

Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills.

Qualifications

Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.

Highly motivated self‑starter, able to work independently.

Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks).

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
