We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Ground Maintenance Worker - to join our St. Michael's Seniors Apartments team reporting to the Director, General Services. You will perform maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees.

Operate power mowers, tractors, clippers, and other landscape maintenance equipment.

Minor maintenance as needed

Painting touch ups.

Check fire extinguisher and exit lights.

Deliver goods to various departments.

Assist with move-ins for new residents.

All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
