Our projects range from $50M to $1B+, offering opportunities for learning, growth, and career acceleration. Assist in scoping, planning, and developing Field Installation Work Packages (FIWPs), ensuring timely removal of constraints and issuing to crews.
Support contract management through tendering, technical evaluation, awarding of work or materials, invoice review, and progress claims.
Administer the change management process by documenting contract changes and submitting change notifications and price requests to clients within contractual timeframes.
Assist with project schedule development, milestone tracking, and updating the schedule with the Project Manager/Superintendent.
Support Project Controls by providing construction progress and information required for reporting.
Manage review, distribution, and filing of contract documents per the established distribution matrix.
Organize project close‑out by preparing turnover documents and assisting in site demobilization and documentation archiving.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience in industrial construction disciplines (Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Petro‑chemical, or Potash).
Ability to read and understand construction documents.
Strong computer background, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Primavera; experience with 3D model viewers or document management systems is an asset.
Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal and written form.
